Hiring over 100 People in 2010 - Opening New Italian Subsidiary & Transfer to NYSE Euronext

Emailvision reaches 200 employees in 2009 and plans to recruit 100 more in 2010

During 2008 and 2009, Emailvision accelerated its international expansion with the launch of six new subsidiaries (USA, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden and Italy). This expansion into new markets, strengthening the group’s historical foothold in France, the UK, Germany and Belgium, has led to a significant recruitment drive in 2009. With 215 staff at the end of 2009, Emailvision expects to create 100 jobs in 2010, taking the total number of staff to over 300 by the end of 2010.

International expansion: opening of new Italian subsidiary

Continuing its international expansion, Emailvision has entered the Italian market, opening an office in Milan. This step reinforces the group’s position in southern Europe and confirms its continued strategy of international expansion.

In the context of this strategy of international expansion, and in order to increase visibility and liquidity for its shareholders, as well as attracting international institutional investors, the Board has decided to launch a project to transfer Emailvision from the Alternext to the Euronext ‘Compartiment C’ (Small caps).
